Return Policy for Unopened Items

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return unopened items within three days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
•  Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
•  Items must be in their original condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials included.
•  Items must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

Return Procedure
1.  Contact our customer service team via email or link in bio view contact to initiate the return process.
2.  Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund, exchange.
3.  Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping.
4.  Ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5.  Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we'll process your refund, exchange.

Refunds
•  Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
•  Refunds will include the full amount of the item(s) returned.
•  Refunds will be processed within three days  e.g., 1-5 business day's of receiving the returned item(s).

Exchanges
•  Exchanges will be processed within,5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exceptions
•  Items damaged during shipping or due to misuse are not eligible for return.
